Supplements in the UK.
Hi all, first post!
Right, I am keen to get back to the gym as a dodgy shoulder and extreme lazyness have meant I have not trained for about 8 months, which is a shame as I had made some reasonable gains. i ahd got up to about 13 1/4 stone, which is 185 pounds and I am 6 foot. Now, i am down to about 168, which sucks
Previously I always used Maximuscle supplements, Progain, Ribomax/Cyclone and Creatine 8000 for the loading dose. It seemed to do well, but was so **** expensive. I was spending like £50-£60 a week on them, which is a bit expensive.
So, can anyone tell me which supplement companies to go for and where to buy from in the UK? Or are we always gonna be paying more
Thanks for any help.

Nice one my man!
The 'Nutrisport weightgain' sounds quality. Whey, Maltodextrin, Creatine and BCCAs. Nice. And a very nice price. I reckon it is gonna work out at 1/2 the price of progain!
Cheers again
