Multi Vitamins..
Which brand of Multi Vitamin would be the best to take? I would like the most complete one. I have been looking at TwinLabs, but there are so many companies out there. I just want to stick with a well respected company!

I personally think that all those supplement companies with mutivitamins are a waste of money. Overpriced sh!t if you ask me. I just use Centrum Select. it says for adults over 50 but thats just cause it's potent. Its only 12 bucks CAD too for 100 pills.
**** its hard to concentrate on typing with that pic going!

Thanks for the input. I have heard a few other people recommend Centrum in my area, so I think I will go that route.

Centrum is crap bro....save your money...I like Animal Pack but its up to you, but I would def steer vlear of Centrum. There have been some great posts on suggestions for multis and a few people chimed in about why centrum is ****. Do a search and check it out....IMO its worth it.

Ditto, I have spoke on this excat issue before and i will say it again. Centrum is garbage, it is not made for people who live an active lifestyle. Its cheap and it is cheap for a reason!! their delivery system sucks and the purity and quality is garbage. I could go on and on but I have already wrote enough in another thread.abstrack@protonmail.com

Actually fellas, the best multi-vitamin/anti-oxident combo on the market are the Essentials by Usana. A friend of mine distributes for them and they are the s^&t!! Do the research, you'll see.

Yeah, I take a lot of their supplements. Omega fish oil, garlic, calcium and some of their fiber products. Great stuff, and reasonably priced considering the quality.

Actually abstrack that's not it. I don't use or buy anything unless I have done research on it. Seriously, I'm not trying to promote anything for my friend's personal gain. He gets nothing if he doesn't sell it, and I am surely not gonna let him know I'm a member of this site! Only one person knows I'm on the gear, and that's my source. And I am going to keep it that way.
Look the stuff up. Hell, six of their products, including the multi vitamins, are listed in the physician's desk reference. They just don't put stuff in their along with prescription drugs without making darn sure the stuff is pharmaceutical grade, pure, bioavailable stuff.

I use ABB Extreme Hardcore Pak. I feel better when i use it. I've also been on Universal Animal Paks and they are good as well. I just favor the Hardcore Pak because of it's ingredients. Has a bit more than Animal Pak in some departments.

There's the ingredient listing.
Peace.
