leg training tip?
i dont know if this is common knowledge but ifind that if ido 4 sets of 15 on the leg extension at a moderate weight my legs get pumped and i am more than ready for sqats. what do you think

Thats called warming up, and it is common knowledge. 4 x 15 is a pretty long warmup though.....to each their own.

yeah common knowledge, BUT what about your hips and hamstrings, they are squatting with you too!
