pulled out some leg tendon
I pulled out a tendon that starts at the croch goes down on the inside of the knee-cap and ends in the foot passing right behind the ancle...
to stretch or not to stretch...that is the question?
not only for the ham-tendon but for all in general

hehehe I guess that's not the right word...
I was streching ...spreading all the way down to the floor...and when I was almost there something clicked like in the middle of my hamstring.....bottom half went numb for almost one hour and the next day I could barely bend my leg back...not only 'cose of pain but also the stiffness...
It's pissing me off...I still can do sqats and such but ham culrs... not even think about it

Dude, that sounds kinda serious. Personally I would go to a doctor to check and make sure everything is okay. Did you go already? If not, my opinion is go. Never know if it can cause long term damnage.
