new slpit tell me what you think
heres my new split any suggestions welcome;
Monday - bi's, tris
Tuesday - legs
Wednesday - back
Thursday - off
Friday - chest
Saturday - shoulders
my old split looked like this but I changed it up because my tris werent recovering in time from chest day and my bis werent recovering in time from back day (I think its because I was using the DC method for about 3 months and I was used to low volume training). I figured I would switch it up because my arms need improvement the most.
Monday - chest
Tuesday - back
Wednesday - legs
Thursday - off
Friday -bi's, tris
Saturday - shoulders

Considering you rest on Sunday and Thursday I would put legs on Monday and back on Friday. Larger muscle groups should have priority in the rotation IMO unless you are doing an arms (or any other small muscle group) specialization microcycle.
