how much decline on a decline bench?

I know with incline bench press you should have the slightest incline possible but what should you do for decline? Should you set the decline as much as possible or just a slight adjustment as the incline is?

Id say to go to the lowest .. check it with some moderate weight and find where you seem to peak contract more or less.

I usually go about 30 degrees or so, I can go pretty heavy on decline .. or almost twice as much as incline.

    take care mang
