Help with cutting workout
I am searching for some help with my cutting workout. I am planning so far
mon = legs + traps , tues = chest , shoulders , thurs= back, fri = arms
cardio will be wed fri and sat mornings on empty stomach. What type of lifting should I be doing and is this a sufficient amount cardio??
