how's my bench compared to others??
ok im about 5'11" 182lbs and 6% bf and dieting and also 100% natural and incline benching 275x2 is this decent or not so decent?? i don't do flat bench much because im not a big fan of it i find too much tri's and shoulders are involved in the movement!!

How old are you ? 275x2 is fairly good at your bw .
Hmm too much shoulder movement in the bench press ? I actually feel it more in my shoulders on the incline than the flat .

on the contrary.i find that incline bp uses more shoulders.i think you should do flat bp as your primary chest excersise.
275*2 is a good weight by the way.

yup did three cycles before then over the course of about 2 years and then completely stop becuase of the bloating i experienced and all the other sides i didnt like that came with roids! i did 5 days of winny about 4 months ago but stopped because of the huge chances of hairloss everybody was warning me about(i disregarded it when i bought thinking it wouldnt happen to me until my buddy started loosing his hair from winny) i also tried fina about 2 months ago did 3 shots(75mg ed) then stopped again because i bloated up from it and it wasnt my diet because ive been eating very clean for the last 6 months, so i just came to terms with the fact that steriods arent really for me!
