Squats and deads enough for glutes?
If I'm doing squats, deads, leg curls, leg extensions, and calve raises for my leg workout, is it necessary to do reverse hyper extensions for my glutes or are my glutes getting enough work from the squats and deads?
Here are reverse hyper extensions:

Do I need them?

that all depends on how they feel after you do the said exercises.. if they are worked, then no, if it isnt workin them that well, then yea

That's the thing, after I do squats and deads and even leg curls, I can really feel it in my rear end. I feel my glutes are really worked and I'm afraid if I do the reverse hyper extensions I'll be overtraining them.

I wouldn't bothering doing anything specific for them. I've never done glute work before and I'm quite happy with the stimulation they get from all my other leg exercises. If you feel they're a lagging body part then maybe consider it but if not dont bother.

my glutes grow faster then anything else, i sometimes think i could go glute to glute with ronnie id say what youre doing is sufficient to hit the glutes.
