Just Changed My Work Out what do ya think
sun-play football(this cant change)
Started it this week got legs tommorow. It seems to be working ok. Just wanted some of the bros to check it out.

what if i switched tuesday and thursday. I was looking at that other tread but i did not want to jump in on his tread u know what im saying. but what do u think about switching the 2 day around good or bad?

Thainks for the help on my workout bros. Im going to start this monday and see if it works out better for me. The other started to turn for the worst.
