    Car-d-O

Ok, I know that the best time of the day to do cardio is first thing in the morn'in on an empty stomach but I have to be at work at 6am so thats pretty much out... so whats the next best time to do it? Any thoughts? I'm just trying to lean out for the next four weeks before I make my way to the darkside. Thanks guys.

I just did some reading on this. from what I understand as long as you burn off enough of the calories you take in it doesnt matter when you do it. Just get your diet straight and run your ass off. Make sure you heart rate gets high enough.

a few hours after pwo, your body need time to digest shake while replenishing muscles & gylcogen.

if i go to gym around 2, i usually run around 6 then have dinner after that.

    hope it helps.

Utilize protein/fat meals before and do cardio during your lunch hour.
