    t-bar rows and seated rows

    is there any difference between t-bar rows and seated pulley rows with the t-bar grip?

    i get better pump with t-bar.

    t-bar involves some legs and the position and angles are different then seated.

    both are good.

    i dont feel much from the seated rows, stick with the t-bar rows with either a wide grip or i feel i get a better pump doing the close grip

    I like standing t-bars...more wieght, more power, more density.
