terrible muscle knots
Ok, here is my situation... ive just got back into a lifting routine again for the first time since the beginning of 2006... this is my first week and i expected to be sore but ive been getting this terrible muscle knots.... ive also started clen a few weeks ago and suspect that it may hav something to do with the knots... should i increase my taurine intake? do i jus need to stretch more? or are the knots just normal? thanks i appreciate any help

How much taurine are you supplementing with? Have you, also, increased your water intake?

i was doin 3g of taurine and i upped it to 4 now.... yea my water intake is about 1.5 gallons

Definitely more Taurine, 1.5 gallons should be enough water. I would recommend getting some Taurine powder, it's easier than swallowing a handful of tablets.
