Any of you ever done cardio twice a day? I lift usually between 1-3pm depending on that days schedule. Would it hurt more then help if I were to do cardio twice a day?

hell yaeah i have
did empty-morning mild intensity then i would do high intensity in the evening
to drop mad weight for a match..

Well I meen yea I did it for wrestling, but you didnt exactly follow healty guidelines during wrestling, just get to your weight and do whatever it took. I used to do something like it for football. Morning practice, mid afternoon lift, late afternoon cardio.

well yeah i used to run 3 mi in morning lift around 2 then run 3 mi before bed just for kicks still had str gains w/ clean diet

Last summer I started doing a run and a workout a day and 2 runs on days out of the gym for up to about 12 mi total. The fat just melted off me in a matter of just a month or so till I hit a wall. Lost too much leg mass doing this but remained pretty solid otherwise. Probably the most fat I lost in the shortest period.
