20 exercises per muscle
What do you guys think of doing every exercise known to men for each muscle group, 1 set per exercise, I quess every angle would be worked.

I think you would be overtrained before the first week was over.

20 sets for some may be too much but for others not. Many Pro's do volume training and more than 20 sets. As you gain so much mass then it very well could be overtraining and the reason is this: after much gains you can lift much more compared when you had less muscle say for example you started benching 100lbs and now 10 yrs later you bench 350lbs. Your strength tripled BUT you CNS may still be at the same earlier level. That is why many big guys do heavy duty type training I would guess.
