May be no 'way to fix' this.

Some may suggest Uni-lateral training but there is always a dominant side developmentwise... 1 bicep will always be bigger than the other. IMO

i have the same problem with my legs, so what i started to do is go heavier on the smaller muscle until it is the same size. like for instance on the leg press machine ill throw two plates and two tens on each side then ill do as many reps as i can with the smaller leg. then ill take off the two tens and do the same number of reps with the other leg. i just this so ill have to see how it goes. hope this helped.

Let me guess... The bigger bi is the weaker 1??? Was I correct??? I have the same problem the thing is, is that the reason 1 is bigger than the other is because the weaker(bigger1) has to work harder on stuff like ez bar curls and barbell curls which in turn it grows more to keep up with the other naturally stronger bi...

I don't know if this is a possibility but i've always theorized about it...

Your bigger bicept might be used more day to day on things you dont even notice. Carrying the groceries, writing, moving chairs, furniture, stirring eggs., etc..

The bigger bicept has always taken the brute of the work throughout your life, it was probably naturally your stronger arm. Like the arm you would throw with etc.

The reason I think your other arm is stronger than the bigger one when you work out is because your smaller one is used to lifting weights. Where as your bigger arm is already pre-exhausted from a long day of already using it, where your smaller is more rested and by the time you go to curl it isnt as exhausted as the other muscle.

Just my weird theory... you can bash it if you like.
