    My current routine is:

    Mon-Chest/Triceps
    Tue-Legs/Calves
    Wed-Rest
    Thu-Back/Biceps
    Fri-Shoulders
    Sat-Rest
    Sun-Rest

    If been doing this routing for awhile now so I'm looking for a change.

    I think both of them would be overtraining a bit...5 days on is a lot, and you'd be hitting tris 3 times a week...once with arms, and twice indirectly with chest and shoulders. I would stick to the original one and just alter the days if you need a change..or change exercises for a bit. That's just IMO.

    i like your current routine better

    why do you feel the need to change it?

    Are you no longer making progress?

    i used to train mon-fri but recently switched to 1 on 1 off and ive seen HUDGE gains just bye switching this up, n changing around my workout just alittle, here is my split(if want ill send u my whole new routine, i used to have the same exact split as u, maybe ull see big gains as well)
    Mon-Chest/Cardio
    Tuesday-Cardio/Abs
    Wed-Back/Cardio
    Thur-Cardio/Abs
    Friday-Shoulders/Tri/Abs
    Sat-Legs/Bi's

    either PM me or just put up a post asking for it n ill put up my workout

    I feel 1 muscle a day w/ abs and/or cardio is what works for me.

    yea thats wat usually works best for me, n having that day off inbetween weight days really gives ur muscles the rest it needs to come back strong on ur next weight day.

    The reason why I want to change is because I'm not making any more progress it seems.
    And I'm getting very bored with my current routine. Just want a change.

    i like the current one but i'd move biceps to shoulders day; as shoulder are a small muscle group and don't deserve a whole day to themselves
