which split looks the best
cardio am on empty tank 3 days a weak While bulking
do my ab routin 1st as a warmup on days walk the mil 15min as warmup b4 my sets.
off then repeat maybe some abs

the second one. your first one doesn't even have a chest day.
just make sure you're not working chest or shoulders right after tri's or back right after bi's, do as much ab's and calves as you like, and working each body part no more than once every 4 days (besides ab's and calves) and you're pretty golden.

the second one is ok but your arm day is going to cut into chest day. Try to pair muscle that get worked in the same day.
ya get what im saying. Overtraining would be worse than not training at all. Every two days take a day off and go back to it.
