HELP! proper DEADLIFT FORM!
can someone please give me a link to a vid or pic step by steps on the proper straight bar deadlift?? i do them religiously and all u guys say u feel them in traps/lats, i feel it mainly in my lower back, sides of back, and quads, anyone?!

the thing that i do that helps big time when doing deads to keep good form is to always look up at the ceiling that keeps my back from rounding and it helps to initialy thrust with my legs first and all that. since ive been doing this for deads, ive never felt a soreness in my lower back! try it out, it helps for me big time!
