Thread: lagging arms?

for lagging arms should you train them with corresponding bigger groups, like chest with tris, back with bis, or have a specific arm day?

your hitting biceps with back (on certain exercises)
imo, training them 2x week is over training
i mix mine up every week, either with tris or back

find what works best for you.
if your gains are not coming then mix it up.
keeping muscle & muscle fibers 'guessing' is best for optimal growth and gains
(if what your doing now isnt working then its time to switch it up,
but remeber that gains arise from training, DIET & recovery)

well if you say that hitting them 2wice a week, once directly and once indirectly is overtraining, then that may be y they're lagging! plus doesnt swolecat recommend hitting them with chest/tri and back/bi?

I had a problem with my arms for awhile, my back and chest was a lot thicker and I was starting to look really mis-porpotioned, so I started training them on back days, (mon for me) and then again on arm days (thur) this has helped me a lot in that area, so you could try it for a couple months and see what you think, after getting my results I know I will never go back to once a week on bi's.
