best way for lean mass
ive been doing the 5on2off wworkout with 2 muscle groups a day. my quesiton is, should i be doing a 2on1off kinda workout? i didnt get sore after legs day and i have to wait another week to even try again for legs, is it okay to workout legs 2-3 times a week? im trying to go from 175 to 200 lbs

Being lean is going to be your diet not your workout.
