Dropsets After Each Exercise?
DAmn I haven't posted in a while...anyway, what does everyone think of my style. I've always done the 6-12 rep scheme however on my last set for each exercise I always go real heavy for just a few reps, and then a heavy dropset(to my beginning amount of weight lifted). Could it lead to overtraining? Is it just flat out wrong to be doing on every exercise?

i think it would be more beneficial to do it maybe once every 3rd or 4th workout, or when you hit a plateau, i think it lead to over training if used for every workout, on every exercise.
