Im sure this has been said a million times, but i couldnt find the info i was lookin for in the search pages. Im currently starting my first cycle. What changes should i make in my workout. I do 3 days on 1 off 2 on then 1 off per wk. 8-9 sets per muscle except back/legs which are 12-14. Im sure my endurance will be higher so more sets is probably a must. Can I go more days on with less rest?
