Splits
(English is not my first language)
Hi. Ever since I started lifting I did splits. I did each muscle group twice a week. Now I am forced (because of work etc.) to only hit each muscle group ones a week. What would you say out of experience will be the results (the norm I mean)? Will it be as effective? (ones in comparison with twice and I mean the norm. I know it differs from person to person)

I use once a week, and always have. You grow OUT of the gym, not in it.

My experience with training each muscle once a week has been magnificent. I am by far the biggest, strongest, and the leanest I have ever been. My current split I have been following for almost 3 years, here take a quick look:
Sun- off
Mon- squat
Tues- off
Wed- off
Thur- bench
Fri- deadlift
Sat- arms
can you tell that I'm a powerlifter?
