I agree with symatech, enjoy your week and don't even think about the gym or calories. When I come back from a week off my lifts are usually better than normal. Have fun bro!

i would say don't bother with your training it do you good to have a rest i've just had a week off lifting weight's (still doing cardio). But try and keep your diet in check i'am not saying it's a must but try.

I'm going on vacation in July for a week also. I was wondering the same thing. On a week off of training should you still take all you supplements?
I wasn't going to take my creatine, just was going to take the basics like, multi, protein, and ect...

Sometimes after a week off I actually feel stronger at the gym. I wouyldn't bother with the creatine, especially if your gonna be partying alot.

I'd take the supps (including creatine), take some protein shakes along with you, and keep your calories up (although they'll probably be full of crap)!

All in all, take the week off, have fun, if anything it'll do you good!

bro u should take a week off from training every 4-5 months anyways , to give your body a rest.
muscle atrophy doesn't usually occur after 14days in most cases anyways.
enjoy the vacation and when u come back and step on the gym i could almost guarantee you u will be stronger, however try to keep the protein high.
when i go on vacation, tuna cans or pouches are my best friends, along with protein and dont forget to drink plnety of water.

bring a jump rope and do situps and pushups, and bring some meal replacements.

I dont see how that would ruin a vacation in the slightest sence!
