6 Week Program
I'm 20 years old, ive been lifting for 6 years, 5'10, 235-240lbs and my bodyfat is about 13-14%....this program will be incorporated with a 1-AD, 4-AD cycle (3rd and final run).....im confident i can keep up with the workload of this routine....just looking for some opinions or critiques anyone has....
Well if anyone has any imput i would really appreciate it....thanks

I really dont see the need to do bodyparts more than once in a 7 day period.

That is horrible,.... if your on $hit loads of gear…, well actually its just horrible.i dont no where to start

I think that's way too much, you need more rest
