small arms
Can any 1 help? I’m, 5.8 & 15 stone, I been training for 12 year’s, I’ve taken Decca & suston, for the passed two year’s. the problem is that my arm’s never seem to grow, I tried doing heavy weight, light weight, less reps, more reps, & they still don’t grow, I train my arm’s once a week, I’ve tried training my arm’s twice a week but when I do I lose weight. What am I doing wrong?

Do you deadlift, bench press, and squat? These are the exercises that will add the desired muscle mass to your arms.
What about the exercises you perform for your arms? Close-grips and dips for triceps? I hope you don't do kickbacks or concentration curls for the biceps.
Let us know what your program design is.

Ever tried partial reps I started adding 1-2 sets of partial reps to my arm workouts about 3-4 weeks ago Iand I can tell a difference.

Dips
thats wat i have been doin lately and i have put 1/2 on my arms...

look at the sticky's...you'll find swole's "today's obvious training reminder"
he uses the example of biceps...might help ya out.
