    How do I get width in my chest?

    I have tried wide grip bench and flyes, nothing has worked well.

    Width in the chest. I don't believe you can get that or if you can it must be marginal. Your natural frame has a lot to do with how wide you look along with the lats and shoulders. If you want to increase the size of your chest this comes from thickness not width. Keep banging out the chest presses etc and the size will follow. To look even wider work on your taper keeping your waist trim and your lats filled out. Additional size comes from the shoulders, lateral raises and upright rows will help broaden your shoulders. After this then I think you'll be on the way to the shape you want.

    i am guessing by your question that youre refering to the thickness of your chest, as if someone was looking at you from the side. if thats the case, then most of your thickness will be genetic, however, i did read somewhere that dumbell pullovers will expand your rib cage, as will squats. hope that helps
