newbie need advice
folks dont know if the schedule im workin on is effective or not
1back
2triceps
3legs
4biceps
5chest shoulders
some says they find workingthere arms twice a week is more a effective then once. some1 suggest me this schedule
Monday-Chest, Triceps
Tuesday-Legs
Wed-OFF
Thursday-Back,Biceps
Friday-Shoulders
SAturday- arms, Abs
Sunday-Off
AND can I do bi's and tri's same workout ?

looks decent, if your gonna do arms on sat, dont do them until then, or if you wanna do them with back and chest, then dont do them sat.. either way, only work them out once per week.. and yea u can do em both together

only work them once a week?so which way more effective...trainin them on there own day or trainin them wit back and chest and doin cardio3-4 times a week good or bad?

Welcome to the board bro!
You could work arms all at once but you would be needing to use your chest, shoulders and back to some extent.
Therefore it would be better to put bis with back and tris with chest to avoid too much overlapping. You can hit bis hard on back day by doing underhand rows followed by incline dumbell curls along with the rest of your back workout. Its the heavy mass that makes the biceps grow not necessarily volume, so hit them with high back intensity and you will get more growth signals too

thnx flexor, so bis wit back and tri wit chest...my arms r kinda longer so if i hit them twice a week after 48 hr rest will that do any good? lets say on sat ....or jus stick to them once a week wit back and chest
