Guys, if im fasting for like 12 hours a day due to religious purposes. what would be the best at home excercises i could do?
pushups - how many ?
crunches - how many ?
jogging - for how long?

u can do those
like push ups till failure
like 4 to 5 sets
but i reckon if u been fasting for 12 hours you shouldnt be doing any exercise

nah ur not getting enough food , ur gonna lose deffinatly.....
unless u perfect ur diet and run slin pwo....

i think after fasting twelve hours most of the time you will have no choice but lose bit of muscle ...
but iron would know more
