    NO cardio on cycle??

    Does anyone get way with bulking clean anymore without cardio? Diet manupulation only? Seems ideal to cut it back to one-two times a week max when bulking, to gain as much lean mass as possible...true? What are your results?

    Cardio should be used bulking or cutting because it works the most important muscle in your body, your HEART. 2-3 times a week at 45 min a session is good enough for me when i'm bulking. I use incline treadmill at 3.5 with 6.0 incline.

    When bulking I tend to do cardio right after lifting for 20 minutes at a good clip just to really work my heart. One school of thought has it where after depleting muscles of glycogen with an intense workout, that cardio will go right to fat burning.

    I train twice a day,every other day.On my off days I do cardio.It's a form of active recovery.I recommend that you try it.

    I do no cardio while bulking. I am active however, hockey on weekends, and my job is non stop. This probably more than compensates for cardio.

    Cardio before going to work in the am and lifting after work in the pm.

    god i hate cardio only do it when its time to lean down, but diffrent strokes for diffrent folks

    I am going to have to go with the no cardio....IMPOSSIBLE to be doing it every day if you want to gain mass........then, if you do gain mass while doing it for so long, where do you take it when you want to cut? Silly approach if you ask me....20-30 minutes on your off day or 2 times a week is PLENTY!

    how can you guys do cardio when juicing? i can barely walk due to the pumps i get in my calfs...
