ive been seing alot of people saying their gonna work a muslce group once a weak, n only do one exercise for that muscle, using 1 warmup n 3 workout sets??? idk if this works cause ive never tried it, but man that seems like XTRME undertraining, yet i see alot of people doing it, y is this??when i first started posting on this board it seemed like everyone was doing the one bodypart a week, around 14 -16sets for big bodyparts, 6-8 for smaller muslces, , or the twice a weak mon wed fri method, j/w why so many people r trying this?
