    basketball ankles hurt!!

    I played baskeball yesterday, my ankles are hurting not sore just pain. What can I used for this pain? I hope I didn't post this thread in the wrong forum. sorry to all the Moderators if I did.

    When was the last time you played? They are probably just sore for not being use to the impact. Ice them.
