If you aren't worried about muscle loss just go on a keto-type diet. They usually have very quick results for the first 4-6 weeks.

try to do cardio 2x a day. first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (best) and then 12-16 mins of HIT cardio in the afternoon after your workout. You may lose some muscle this way but it will get you there. Also lower your cals. Drop carbs to breakfast and PWO only and bring in some more EFA's

yep, its all diet and cardio. Eat healthy, but keep cals lower than maintain rate. Cardio 6 times a week.

Maybe even throw in some fat burner supps. Or just go for a ECA stack.

Diet and cardio, but the hot date accepted your invitation already, so don't worry so much bro.
