    moved to workout forum...

how many sets I do depends entirely on what kind of training Im doing. Just doing the same thing all the time drives me nuts.

the number of sets are just one out of a shitload of factors that can be changed. All equaly important. Dont get hung up on sets. Read more into different styles of training.

He might as well be doing 0 sets because that is the type of results he will be getting from a 1 set workout too....zero.

I seem to remember that saboudian is doing doggcrapp. Anyone that claim doggcrapp doesnt work hasnt tried it(not saying it is the best though).

I have a faint memory of some big guy that did HIT training aswell....now what was his name....darian....dorian it was maby. Yeah dorian yates

Offcourse dorians "warmup" sets where more or less real sets, just not going to failure(something that is not needed anyway).

For about 3-4 weeks I will do low volume, high intensity (4-6 sets for big muscles and 3 sets for small muscles) after that I will do higher volume lower intensity workouts for like 3-4 weeks (12-15 sets for big muscles and maybe10 sets for smaller muscles).
