Any ideas on pre-workout energizer?
Hey whats up guys- any ideas on a good pre-workout energizer, normally I workout after work due to time constraints and im normally tired any ideas? Im switching my schedule around soon so I was planning to move my workout any sugestions on that also?

I have tried
xenadrine but its not that great to me some love it i take 3
Dymetadrine extreme from AST which is awesome for me, actually modivates me to move, no shakes or anything speedy. i take 2
Metabolize and save or metabolife- its ok but you have to down more then they reccomend to feel stoked. i hit atleast 4
You could just use an ECA stack made with
3x day before 5pm
Lots of people love this and so do i
I workout in the morning, its hard sometimes to get up at 5am and get to the gym but it makes my day MUCH better. and since i cardio before breakfast i burn more fat.

okay i did some research and I think im going to go with the dymetradine extreme any recomendations on dosage or how I should incorporate it into my workout?

Ive done ripped fuel but the best Ive ever tried and it worked wonders is taking hydoxycut and eating peanut butter before the workout. It works great.

I take Hydroxycut, Im a fucking maniac on them.
