    what cuts best?

what's better to get cut up in terms of cardio? In other words what burns more fat quicker and will show off my abs.... sprinting or long distance jogging?

Depends on your stats and your calculated heart rate

Never forget you have to have a solid clean diet also or all the cardio in the world wont help.

Post some stats,BF%,diet and routine and our members can help you out.

21yrs old. 5'11 190 14%bf. I eat fairly clean, cut out carbs for the most part after 3pm. I get a ton of protein, probably about 235g. I drink about a gallon water a day maybe a little more. I'm very active in terms of sports so I'm constantly running around but over the past year and a half my metabolism has slowed down big time and I've lost my ripped abs and I wanted to know what works best to burn the fat off my stomach so they will show again. My chest and arms are pretty defined, as in not much fat up there but the stomach needs work.
