Quad seperation?
At what point (in body fat percentages) would one be able to see striations in the quads. I'm 132 days out from my first contest and can see that cuts when flexed but just curious. Also, wondering what excercises, are best to create seperation and full sweep. My routines usually consist of front squats, walking barbell lunges, leg extensions, hack squats. Let me know what you think
