Having Some Wheel trouble need help
How we doing my legs dam i dont know were to start.
i am ex fat ass weighed 285 currently 200 have real good form from toning up. i have always worked legs but seriously and now i have a decent upper body wit fat legs and ass need a real nice workout to get these big dwgs strong healthy and cut pleez give me some input boys...thanx nics

Let's see, squats, lunges, leg extensions, leg curls are my favs
Here's an idea of sets and reps.
Squats 4 sets 10,8,6,6
leg extensions 3 sets 8-12 reps
leg curls 4 sets of 8-10
lunges 4 sets of 15

now this cardio stretching and a blanced cutting diet and some claf workout shout give some good results with toning these big trre trunks up boss

What's you're normal leg routine. Cardio will help and a clean diet. Post what your normal leg routine is.

i would do a leg routine that a sports trainer taught me real low weight lot of lunges supermans and other techniques for speen very low weight sets of 12 on squats and machine
i would do sets of 12 then supersets with a techniqu such as like supermans leg raises were u bring knee to chest....it was grueling but didnt see my legs changing that why i come to u
