Natural Bulking Summer
Ok guys...keep this one bumped.
Im gonna spend my entire summer May 17- August 14 doing some natural bulking. I will keep my weight posted once a week while fielding any and all questions. All I will be taking is creatine and protein. Below are the supplements listed, along with my weekly workout schedule. I will keep any strength gains posted if you like. This should be a decent example for any youth to follow, because im 21 years old!! Not quite ready for gear so here we gooooo.
Sunday-chest/shoulders/Tris (Sunday the 17th of May)
week 1 weight-170 pounds
flat dumbell press strength monitor:
2 sets *6 reps of 65 lbs
2 sets *6 reps of 70 lbs (failure at 70 lbs on 6th rep)
21 years old

goodluck guy. o'yea - someone told me that if you put about 30lbs of weight over your max... and then get the weight off the bar and go down slow as your can. you can go up a few lbs on the bench.
i press 375lbs Max.
i put 400lbs on the bar, get my spotter to help me lift it off the bar and he holds it while i take it down SLOW AS I CAN. he helps me push it back up and i go back down SLOW AS I CAN. do about 6 reps. you should up your max.
btw, you're wanting to put on 10lbs of muscle? keep your diet rite and do cardio and stick with your training cycle. you're taking creatine so you should put on some weight. and if you're doing cardio and eating rite and gaining weight, you're gaining muscle.

ok here is an example daily diet, my first day...
2eggs and can of chicken, big class of milk, 2 muffins
thick peanut butter crackers
roast beef sandwhich
peanut butter and jelly sandwhich
several glasses of milk over the day
ice cream sandwhich
...maybe more to come

aight it hasnt even been a week yet....but i weigh 175 lbs. yeah i know im a cow but i feel like im doin my muscles good. i had a back workout yesterday and i felt strong as shit. so im up 5 lbs in 5 days...but honestly i think i could be eating more. ill be interested to see how my strength gains come along over the next 2 weeks.

good luck man but try to avoid fast food as mush as u can bulking diet is like cutting diet with more carbs and more calorie keep it clean

ok it will be 2 weeks tomorrow. im at 176 lbs...strength has gone up some in pressing exercises. i'll be testing my back strength tomorrow for any changes. hope some of this weight is muscle.

2 weeks in...still 176 lbs...noticable increase in strength in back exercises today. on cable back rows i was able to successfully complete higher weight than normal. things looking good so far

if you're tring to gain wait, keep your fats & carbs high. you will gain weight for sure. just combine them 3 - 4 times a week though. that way it won't turn to stored fat. mite wanna do at least 1mile of cardio during the days you combine the carbs & fats.
if you don't want to do that... go buy some Ensure and drink it after work out. 50g of Carbs and 380 calories. help you gain some weight.

ya see.....ive got nooo problem putting weight on. i can turn into a plump oompa loompa in a week if i wanted. i basically can eat all day...and sometimes i do.
