Those are some good lifts... Are they free weight or machine with 45lb plates? I’m just saying on a wide grip chest I can rack 10 45lb plates 5 ea side and push out 4 reps…ya, know…. I'm just busting your balls now…lol
No, really…how are your joints though?
Ok, I'm not saying you’re headed for an injury but be careful... When I was younger I concerned myself with max reps. and thus injured my shoulders, back and ankle...
I train through exhausting the muscle now... Ex my bench has gone down considerably in weight but I don’t need to train as heavy because I do 4-5 sets of flat fly’s first and that way I top off at 120 dumbbells for 5reps or 225 for 5sets 10-12 reps barbell.... I try and exhaust that way every time now for large muscle groups. Quad ext before squats...ya know...
Alot of people do the same when you can’t afford to be out from a shoulder issue. The key is intensity...as I think you know.... just be careful as you should already know... Good job on your bulk
I'm a firm believer that to truly bulk you should have at least 18-25%BF on your frame for a good 6 Mo... So your body can mature and become familiar with the mass. I personally haven't bulked in about three or 3-1/2 years... I just cant handle not being able to run, jump and turn my neck... so I'm doing the slow way these days... a little mass at a time...

Good Luck with your bulk bro.... I wish my wheels were even 29 or 30"

teenpowerlift, those are some amazing sets for someone at your stats... I know a few guys I lift with that lift like that or a lil higher, but most of them are natural, in mid 20s, have 5-10 yrs of training history, and outweigh you by at least 30lbs. How tall are you?

    legs, I'm 22yo natural 170lb 10% 6ft (my pics are up)... I take it you meant "powerlifting-wise"

Squat 225x8 (I'm too skinny, hurts my upper back like hell to use much more)
    Deads 225x5
    Clean 185x4
    Clean N Press 115x6

    ...but if you meant "bodybuilding-wise"...
    Hip Sled 360x6
    Flat barbell bench 155x6
    EZ Bar Curls 95x6
Decline crunches with 25# plate on chest 20-25reps

Thanks for the compliment Feli....I am 5'9"....I competed all through high school in Powerlifting and came in second in state...I am all natural...the guy who beat me was a scary individual, he was 175 lbs. and posted a 615 squat, 405 bench, and 585 dead.....I think he sold his liver on the black market or something because I swear he looked like he weighted about 220, but that's the way it goes sometimes...anyways to answer your question I am 5'9"
