    Cardio first thing in the morning.

    Whenever i do cardio in the morning im energized all day long. I jog 10 minutes and walk 20, its the first thing i do in the moring i dont eat i go straight to my treadmill.

    Is this all in my head or does it really keep you energized all day.

    Depending on the intensity of the cardio. Your current routine is fairly mild and therefore this is most likely not all in your head. Morning cardio has more benefits than just fat burning you know, such as enhanced circulation, endorphin release (although I think that comes from a more strenous routine). You are in essence "waking your body up". A great and healthy thing to do I may add.

    I just started doing morning cardio and want to eventually build up to more minutes and a faster pace. I also do it 4 days a week usualy every other day but since it gives me so much energy during the day i think i should be doing it every morning.
