    corsets and vacuums

What's ur guys opinion on doing vacuums to tighten the transverse abdominis and where I slightly tight corset to help develop a smaller waist/v-taper look. (mind u I say slightly little one size smaller not 4 like these dumb b*tches are doing). I did it for my last show and I felt like it worked pretty well to get the v-taper look. Thanks boys

I thought this a female post. Lol.

I see women wearing waist trimmers at the gym over tees and under workout clothes in the changing room, obviously. I have read waist trimmers can reduce the waist by pushing the intestines higher and/or lower to achieve the desired look.

For contest prep, not sure a waist trimmer will help enough to win????

I have never used a mechanical device other then spanx for evening gowns or LBD but the look from spanx doesn't necessarily do much for me other then smooshing my boobs or lifting them to an "unnatural" looking porn star.

Squeems or waist trainers actually work very well during prep.
Corset is something much more extreme.
    Give it a shot brotha.

Vacuum is great, really helps to make your waist smaller.
As for corsets, I saw girls wearing them in gyms...
