Intense Training
When I start juice can I do a intense cardio training and still get benefits. I was planning on like running cones, sprints, different kinds of jumps. I know that i would have to up the calories about 500-1000. Would I see gains in my speed?
Also, have any opinions on how I should train? thanks.
