Chest on limited equipment ......HELP!
I need info on building my chest with the limited equipment that I have. I have a bench that inclines but doesn't decline and dumbbells. I do flys and presses (barbell and dumbell) , close grip presses. My problem lies in my inner chest area. Upper and outer chest are coming along fine , but the inner part of my chest is virtually non-existant. I have no access to cables so that is out. Looking for any advise you all could give.....Thanks

U Could Try Push Ups With Your Hands Placed Together In A Diamond Shape, When Doing These I Find That If Your Elbows Are Pointed Out And Not In Towards Your Body It Will Place Stress On The Inner Chest..you Could Also Do Flyes Prior To Presses And Remember To Squeeze Your Chest For Two Seconds..good Luck
