    More Stupid Human Tricks

Well I am totally depressed and half suicidal . Cycle was going great and strenght gains were really good. So good in fact, I was able to cause a partial rupture of a disc in my lower back on the leg press. I'm looking at a few months of rehab and possibly surgery. How Fuc*ing stupid am I?????? Has anyone been through this? Let me know how it turned out?
    AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH.

    Peace

Thats the reason why I NEVER MAX OUT. There is NO reason for it except to show off at the gym. You can gain the same results without MAXING OUT at 7-800 pounds. Even bench pressing. 400 up pounds on bench is A LOT of weight on the elbows and wrists.
Herniated discs are the worst along with torn ligaments. Surgery fuses them back but flexablility suffers greatly.
