My legs are sore for almost a week...

My legs are sore almost a week after a leg workout, but my other body parts recover in 2 days. It is not possible for me to work my legs more than once a week, but i would like to train my other body parts twice a week.

Would this cause my legs to fall behind the rest of my body?

your legs are the largest muscle group in your body, hit them hard once a week.
It's good that your sore..that means your training hard.
    Goodluck,

whats your diet/protein intake look like that might make all the difference . I agree legs should have one day dedicated to them a week but soreness the entire week seems a bit much . How do you define sore is it bad to where walking upstairs is a hassel? How long have legs been included in your routine?

my legs are pretty weak, i have not really worked them out until the last few months...so i am assuming that is why they are sore all the time...

that's definitely a factor, if you're not used to training, you're gonna be sore, i'm a big advocate of stretching after you work out, it helps me with soreness tremendously
