Deadlifts.....
I have been PL style training for about 2 ½ to 3 years now. Deadlifting has become part of my back routine.
As I am going to re-focus my training to HST (hypertophy specific training) or as it used to be called, bodybuilding, would it be advisable to eliminate the regular deadlifts ? Can I still do SLDL's on my leg days?
Thanks in advance for any help and replies.

I would keep doing the deadlift as it is one of the bulk builders. As to SLDL i would do them on leg days as they work the hams more.

Love em Nothing like the feeling of hoisting a bar up off the floor and it feels as if your feet will sink through the floor as you lift.

I do deads also. I think I'm finally getting the hang of it, it took a while. Not many other people in my gym do them. I do them on shoulder day. I hope it helps my traps, they really need it
