LBM vs. Fat
Is there a formula for determine how much LBM you gain, as your weight increases along with your BF. I was 184 @ 14%bf 3 months later i'm 194 @ 20%bf. **** i think i looked better at 182. (even if i am 6" 3")
how much lbm have i gained compared to bf?
thanks in advance bros....

i think you can do this 184X .14 = 26 rounded so that would mean you have 26 pounds of fat which would mean 158 pounds of muscle. Then you do 194X .20 = 39 rounded. so that would be 155 pounds of muscle. That dont seam right but thats my guess! hehe looks like u lost muscle and gained more fat????

I have to agree with Jackman. If you give more details of diet, training, or any training changes maybe people on the board could help figure out what happened.
