Need help hitting pecs.
Hey all,
Im having trouble with my pecs, (biceps kinda too). Im just made like that my father and brother are like that too., We just have a hard time getting pecs but shoulders/back/triceps just explode when we train and eat.
Woundering if any of you guys have had this problem and if you can suggest some good workouts to get my pecs filled out and looking equal with the rest of my bodt.

i liek doing ...... gives me a great pump and it seems to be working....
flat bench
incline bench
incline flies
lower cable cross

Incline Bench
Decline Bench
DB Press ss Flat DB Fly
and if you have anything left in you try dips
For your "core" exercises, by core I mean... bench, military, squat, deadlift, incline, lat pull down. Try this for sets and reps:
3x3
10,8,6
5x5
5,4,3,2,1
4,4,2
For all of your last sets go to failure.
